I used to live in Bali for a while and it was one of the most beautiful landscapes I've seen. Stunning rice fields, beautiful sunsets, cute and wild animals - all of that was a great inspiration for me as an artist.
This is a painting of a wild monkey eating an apple in Bali. I spotted it when visiting a temple. I decided to paint it in a loose style in watercolor to portray the lightness and airiness of the scene.

Paper: "Saunders Waterford" professional paper of highest quality, 100% cotton, cold press, 300 GSM.
