Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

This is a print from one of my recent paintings. The "Axis Mundi" is a mythological concept dealing with the center of the universe. Most ancient cultures had a concept of where the center of the universe was, sometimes it was right where they lived and they saw themselves at the center of the universe. In the piece is a cypher which when decoded reads "so that every point is center and surface", a statement that alludes to every point in the world being the Axis Mundi.

Thanks for looking : )
