Inspired by the wonderful fall into Autumn when trees change their coat and the first frosts gild the leaf edges.
This is the first autumnal painting in my Plymbridge birches pen and watercolour wash series, looking through the canopy to the moon above.
I have used iridescent pigments on the leaves that catch the light when the sun falls on them, or they are under a spotlight, just a little bit of magic.
Offered unframed and unmounted for you to display in your own style.
