This is an original digital artwork by Tony Broadbent, an established English contemporary abstract artist & colourist.
His more recent painted and drawn works have explored the relationships between colour and form both organic and geometric with particular reference to historical works and well known artists in this field, notably Picasso., Cesar Manrique, Piet Mondrian, Kandinsky, Miro and to a small extent Klee, Klimt, the Delaunay s and more modern Contemporary artists to name but a few.
Many of the works have developed and there has has been a natural tendency to move towards a more immediate form of expression, one which allows quick change yet purposeful thought in the creative process by the means of digital enhancement of photos or original work, the manipulation of such to this form of art which is a purely digital image based upon previous exploration.
Inspired by Biology and the human condition'''''''''''''''
This piece of pure digital art was inspired by thoughts upon Biology and the human condition - yes we are animals., we act according to desire more than need , to calculation and pattern more than behaviour - we manipulate and are manipulated - we are different yet the same - Politics. Yes this could be seen as quite an angry or dishevelled piece reflecting my views and observations...
This is a pure digital image only and has such is being reproduced as a Limited signed and Certified Edition of 10 only.
The work will be presented unframed and unmounted, frames are such a personal choice I find... in a portrait size A3 image on an A3+ good quality, high density matte paper, with archival inks, numbered, signed on the front and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
