Original artwork description:
ARx_2 is the second in a series of paintings that continues taking inspiration from architecture and abstract landscapes, similar to my Supra series of paintings. Depicting strong linework, the painting appears deliberately edgy to communicate the feeling I often experience when looking at (hyper)-modern architecture. Here, highrise buildings and towers have been the inspiration for the deliberately vertical layout of the artwork. The colors, grey and orange, are my signature ones, and can be found in most of my work.
