Artwork description:
The work is on the History of Cyprus. Some of the Archaic Period finds were used as images. Photographs of the finds have been downloaded from the Metropolitan Museum's website. In addition, the artwork was designed in Pop Art style, inspired by Andy Warhol's "Marilyn Monroe".
The artwork was printed with water-based paints on canvas, using 12 colors / 39 screens in total.
Stretching: The upper left corner of the work must be used the reference point when the canvas is stretched to the frame. Frame dimensions must be 8x89 cm. Before stretching to the frame, the back of the canvas should be wetted abundantly with spray.
