Aradhana is celebration of Durga Ma. The work focuses on the detailed method of worshiping her with all essential items. It is that time of the year for which people wait eagerly with joy -The arrival of Ma. Aradhana truly depicts devoted efforts to welcome Ma home every year with love and respect. A very special aspect of the painting is that here Durga is referred to as a Mother, Daughter, Sister, Wife , Cousin who visits her Father's house from her inlaws and people gather around to welcome her and celebrate together. Durga is represented as a simple women whos eyes speaks the tremendous happiness she has in her heart visiting her closed ones.
