Artist's description:

What inspired me to paint this?
Eighty Mile Beach in the Pilbara, Western Australia is an endless stretch of white sand that extends for 220 kilometres. This panoramic vista is made breathtaking by the vivid turquoise waters as the tide flows in and out. In this painting, I wanted to show the gentle waves lapping one another, while the fluffy white clouds move slowly across the sky. Many grey nomads come back year on year for the beach fishing, it has to be seen to be believed.
