Artist's description:

My sister in law gave me this vase she'd bought in Europe. I love this vase and it was a joy to paint. I love going to the grocery store and bringing home fresh bouquets to paint ( and to enjoy!) I'll let you in on a secret. Always check out the discounted, almost expired bouquets. They are a fraction of the price of the "fresh" ones and last just about as long. At least long enough to paint.
All of my mixed media pieces are fixed with a clear shellac varnish. Most are unframed, but because they are painted on canvas or birch and have wide 1.5" sides, they look great on the walls unframed. Usually I paint the sides black, but if you prefer a different color I am happy to do that for you before shipping. Allow an extra day for that. Hardware for hanging is attached already, for your convenience.
