Spontaneous works on paper, instinctive and raw, exploring the theme of autumn. In these works Katja Wittmer uses various textures, colour themes and patterns in an intuitive way, being entirely led by her subconscious. This work is on museum quality acrylic paper with a white border. Mounted on white A4 mat.

In her mixed media works, Katja Wittmer creates colour compositions that invite to curiously explore beyond what is apparent at first glance. Playing with form, texture and abstraction, Katja Wittmer develops the wonderful complexity of colour -in an interplay that extends through several layers, she achieves a unique and highly individual compositional power, creating her own unmistakable style of abstract modern art.
