The impressions for this beautiful atmospheric oil painting of a river was the river Saar. I love the bright and powerful colors of the nature which inspire my style of painting.
The river looks picturesquely and gives an impression of calm and inner peace. In the background we can see a meadow landscape, a village and sky with clouds.
