Edition 1 / 25
"All the things I'm thinking" was stolen from what we call 'reality' in Porto in the land of tiles - Portugal in 2015. In my opinion definetly within the top10 of the most beautiful cities in the world. Though I must admit, that I haven't seen them all.
It caught my attention, because it combines my favorite eyecatchers in an absolutely harmonious manner: structure, patterns and geometric bauhausdesc forms.
A funny thing happened, when I decided, to release it to public today. I found a compressed file of the picture on my harddisc, which I had once compressed, to post the photo on facebook. I remembered the date to search for the original and found it (at least, that was, what I believed). I just wondered, that I had to crop it, to bring it in a look-a-like-shape and then thought: why is that so different over there, the other one is much brighter, what happened. I then stumbled over a shadow, which seemed to be so different - How could that be?
It took me 20 minutes before I came across the idea, that I might have taken the same picture again on my way back, when the sun was much deeper. And that was exactly the solution.
Could someone please upgrade my memory?
My prints come with a 6 cm white "surrounding", which makes the framing / mounting more convenient.
If you prefer a "ready-to-hang-solution" - speak to me and for sure we'll find a medium, we both could live with. I very much prefer Aluminium.
The prices of my limited artworks rise, the further the edition proceeds. In other words: the first print of the edition is the best value - more or less a bargain, the last one consequently the most expensive. I consider this logical, because by doing so, my artworks automatically rise in value.
