Artwork description:

Found myself looking at this lovely view whilst boating on Loch Linnhe Scotland. Thankfully my Son was able to quickly take control of the boat whilst I captured this wonderful scene. Blue is the story here and with so many different shades to choose from, it’s hard to pick a favourite.

As beautiful as the deep blues are, the choppy waters and wispy white clouds together with the colourful sailing boat, make this piece truly magnificent. If you are looking for artwork showing the wilder side of Scotland with plenty of depth and texture, this is it.

PLEASE NOTE: This genuine Limited Edition Artwork is 1 of only '3' in total; which means no more than 3 will ever be produced for sale. One has already been purchased which means there are only two remaining. This Limited Edition number is guaranteed by the Artist and confirmed within a signed and registered Certificate of Authenticity.

This artwork also comes complete with a real wood 20mm white gloss frame, and is delivered ready to hang. Other frame options are available at no extra cost.

The inspiration for my art comes from my inner desire to capture the colour and beauty of a specific scene which if missed at that time, could be gone forever.

I use a process whereby the original photograph is carefully modified using digital manipulation to create unique and stunning oil painting style art. Although this particular method can be lengthy, my love for creating this style of art makes the whole process an enjoyable pleasure.

I always print to canvas using archive grade inks and specialist matt varnish. I find canvas (aside from being extremely tough) provides the best texture and depth whilst the specialist pigment inks and varnish deliver wonderful bold, vibrant colours.

Materials used: High grade canvas; Epson archive pigment inks; Specialist acrylic varnish.

Size of Art: 24” x 16” (60.96mm x 40.64mm).

This artwork comes complete with a real wood 20mm white gloss frame, and is delivered ready to hang.

The stretched canvas artwork is inserted into a traditional type picture frame. This option provides the best of both in that you have the beauty and longevity of art on canvas, inserted into a traditional style wooden frame.

If you would like something other than this white gloss frame, alternative frame options are available at no extra cost (this also includes Gallery Wrapped). I can also offer this artwork unframed. This is where the artwork is sent in roll form, which allows the customer to frame it themselves.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any queries regarding my artwork.
