Artist's description:

A primarily acrylic abstract expressionist piece, this canvas painting represents the discovery and acceptance of your total present state, and in doing so, accepting the same about everyone around you. It is symbolized by the two large void spaces in the midst of the abstract field of conscience, which are the eyes of the soul. In seeing ourselves as we truly are, we are forced to either accept or deny ourselves. In accepting ourselves, we cannot help but recognize those same features in the peoples of the world around us. In recognizing ourselves in others, we accept them for who they are, welcoming all people and all things in due time.

Materials used:

acrylic, spray varnish, gesso, metal ball bearings, mica granules (sand).
