Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

This is a candid street photograph of a female walking beneath a billboard in Smihov, Prague, Czech Republic. The billboard contains an image of a larger, nude Bach and 20 smaller, nude Bachs with adult faces. The exact meaning of the billboard is not known but visible print suggests the following: "Take the example of the Bach!," "20 children," and "Statistical office warns: one family, the child's case 0.96," suggesting the billboard may be addressing birth control. As a matter of fact, Bach did have 20 children but only 10 lived to become adults. This is an image similar to one captured earlier in Holesovice, Prague, Czech Repubic, in which the total bill board was not visible. From this full image of the billboard is visible the play on words of "bacha" (watch out) and Bacha (reference to Bach). Of course, the billboard initially caught my attention, as well as the arrow beneath the billboard, so I simply waited for an individual to pass beneath the Bach billboard on this rainy day so that I might capture the image with the arrow on the wall appearing to point to the passing person, as if to indicate the billboard is relevant to the female passing beneath.

Materials used:

This photograph was created from a Kodak Tri-X negative scanned with a Nikon Super Coolscan 8000 ED and processed via Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop before being printed as a giclee on archival 100% cotton rag fine art paper.
