Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

This is a singular, candid street photograph of a female wearing a skirt with a smiling Mickey Mouse face walking in front of a billboard in Holsovice, Prague, Czech Republic. The billboard contains an image of a larger, nude Bach (not completely visible) and 20 smaller, nude Bachs with adult faces. The exact meaning of the billboard is not known but visible print suggests the following: "Take the example of the Bachs!," "20 children," and "Statistical office warns: on 1," suggesting the billboard may be addressing birth control. As a matter of fact, Bach did have 20 children but only 10 lived to become adults. The hair style of the female remarkably aligns with the style of the Bachs in the images on the billboard. At street level, the penis has been removed from some of the smaller Bachs.

Materials used:

This photograph was created from a Kodak Tri-X negative scanned with a Nikon Super Coolscan 8000 and processed via Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop before being printed as a giclee on archival 100% cotton rag fine art paper.
