The Adagio dancers were a special part of the old Las Vegas shows. The Adagio dance, usually taking place right in the middle of the production show was like a quiet space for art in the middle of a flashy party. The couples were mostly bare, the lighting dramatic and their bodies moved like living sculptures. The really great teams made you feel like you'd just watched them making love.
The b&w photo was taken live in 1971 at the Silver Slippers "Wonderful World of Burlesque" show.
This 13x19 inch giclee velvet surfaced print has an image size of 11x17 inches. Watermark will not be on the print you purchase.
B&W film, hi-res digital scan, gigclee velvet
