Artist's description:

The last piece of art I created in 2016. This piece is a sort of "year in review" as its composed of pieces of work throughout the year.

I scraped up paint skins off my studio floor and arranged them on this stretched canvas. They are then "glued" in place by layers of acrylic, creating a collage of sorts.

A fragile painting as some of the paint skins are bunched up or purposely peeling off the canvas so as to add texture to the painting.

Some people have described this painting as an amoeba whereas others felt it resembled Neverland from Peter Pan. As usual - to each their own.
