This painting is inspired by the gemstone ‘Bertrandite’, part of the ‘Gemstone Collection’, which is a series of paintings inspired by gemstones. Each gemstone contains unique positive energy and symbolism that captivates me. I do not care to emphasize the negativity in the world, rather I would reply with the embodiment of hope. Art can be therapeutic, for the creator as well as the viewer.

Meaning:
Bertrandite is a very spiritual stone, its energy is high even though its vibrations are subtle. The stone is helpful emotionally in situations of change, helps with communication of all kinds and is associated with the third eye chakra. Bertrandite is a healing stone and useful to remove energy blockages.
