I aimed to produce a painting that looked like flowers in a garden but in a very abstract way, I was very free and liberal with the paint, using alcohol to create wonderful shapes and effects and lots of splatters and lines. This painting was created with lots of energy and spontaneity and I tried to capture that feel in the imagery itself.
Painted on 300 gsm textured, acid free watercolour paper.
The frame in the photo is for display purposes only, to give you an idea of how it will looked once matted and framed.
