Artist's description:

There was a time when I experimented with different types of materials, trying to find the best way to express myself. Among paper, fabric and glass, I also started painting on wood. After redecorating my house, I was left with a lot of wood pieces - my apartment has wood everywhere - so I decided to paint it. I asked a friend to cut what remained from building my furniture into small pieces and then, I had several pieces of wood, like this one here. One of the pink shapes, for me, represents a human being - I will let you find out which one - and the painting takes me back to the beginning of the Earth, when everything was just taking shape.

Since the wood is wide enough, it can sit on its own, or, upon request, I can put a hanger on the back so you will be able to hang it anywhere. It is lacquered, so the paint will last more in time and the wood would not deteriorate.
