Collagraph print

There are 3 versions of this collagraph print all slightly different.

We all need to go out for a bit of exercise now and then.

Printed on 250gsm cartridge paper .

A Collagraph print is one made from a plate with different textures. The printing plate is made from mount board. The process is a combination of intaglio and relief.

I created a collage of my image using fabrics, glues adhesive and then sealed and dried before printing. The beauty of this process is the way all the colours merge together when printed and no image will ever be the same.
