Welcome to one of my latest paintings: A Trip to the park.
I spend lots of time in the park with my children and my dog, chucking balls around, hoiking bikes on my return leg as the little one as had enough (I’m such a mug!) and running like a loon after them to make sure they stop on the corner so that I can see them safe across the road! Once they are in the park, they are released and off they run, in all different directions, bliss.
This painting is in celebration of those times and I originally painted it as I want to make a greeting card from this, the original painting. I love to make cards and am more recently, falling in love with them all over again having had a super-long break of 10 years from making designs specifically for them. The idea for making this one is that I can send it on to my girl-friends and we instantly be united in our love of our wonderful parks and the freedom they offer to us, all of us.
‘A trip to the park is 50 x 50cm and unframed. It is signed and varnished over the acrylic paint, making it near on undestructable! Please email me here with any queries.. email@example.com This is the original painting for sale.
