I painted 'A night at the Circus' on location in Ramsgate recently, when I spotted the big top erected ready for the evening performance.
It was a warm late summer afternoon, and I was attracted by the shapes and large size of the 'Big Top' as well as all the other tents and marquees dotted about the cliff-top site.
People were walking past and stopping to read the posters etc and the light was fading as evening approached.

This is an original oil painting on canvas board and it comes to you, ready to frame.
It is NOT framed, the photos are to show how it might look on your wall. It would make a lovely gift for someone who knows and loves the circus or who wishes they were more popular.
I have signed it on the front, in the lower left corner and It comes to you carefully wrapped and with a signed certificate of authenticity.
