I love the Isle of Skye in North west Scotland. Whenever I go to visit my son, I love to visit Skye. On wild stormy days there is sometimes ( not always!) the chance of a patch of blue. the promise of a better day. Whatever the weather I love it. This painting captures such a moment.
This watercolour is painted on Fabriano Artistico 100% cotton paper with Winsor Newton professional watercolours.
It is sold unframed but with a mount and strong backboard.
