"Art is not an end in itself ... but it is an opportunity for the true perception and criticism of the Times we live in." – Hugo Ball
I’m fascinated by the interactions of textual and visual signs. That’s why I often incorporate words in my paintings. I express my rejection of the materialistic society’s ideology in an artistic expression that rejects logic and embraces chaos and irrationality.
It is a process for me where I’m one with my thoughts, one with my colors and textures. The process is the adventure. That's why I love making art.
The raw structure given by too many thick layers of acrylics and magazine cut-out give this artwork older works’ cover up aspect. Some messages are hidden; some are more obvious….
This artwork makes a great statement piece. It's part of my “Timeless” collection.
Thank you for your interest!
