I am painting one thousand birds. The paintings are postcard size; 10 x 15 cm (4 x 6 inches). They are painted with oil paint on gesso primed timber panels and are signed on the reverse.
These postcard size paintings look fantastic propped on a bookshelf or window ledge, and they make fantastic gifts.
I like birds. Birds are cool. They fly, they've got great fashion style, and they were tweeting before Trump.
I paint with a mix of traditional realist, abstract and expressionistic styles, and also experiment with a more colorful contemporary look. I aim to create miniature modern masters. These are paintings. They are not prints or production line products. They are not made in China or by a robot. They are painted by me in my studio in Barcelona. They are professionally crafted artworks that will last for over a hundred years. ¡Viva el arte!
