Pegasus (2024) Bronze sculpture by Zhao Yongchang 赵永昌

The common perception of pandas is that they move sluggishly and are not overly active, with gentleness and leisureliness being their typical demeanor. However, I wish to highlight their aspect of speed and passion, where their inner wildness and relentless pursuit of freedom are fully unleashed in an open environment.
Similarly, we often require such moments to ignite our inner energy, propel us forward, and reveal our true selves without constraint. Embrace the unpredictable surprises that lie ahead with an embracing and daring attitude.
