Light and airy "Float No.15" is a mixed media work on paper by fine artist Sara Richardson. Float No.15 is created with a densely textured application of mediums and thought processes to develop a layered, airy composition that builds in soft light, gentle movements with an undercurrent of fortitude. While working on the Float Series, I thought a lot about the quote "It’s not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters." (Epictetus) and how a gentle approach can often be stronger.
