Between (2026) Original Collage by Amelia Coward

"Between" is an original, large mixed media collage that will add depth and dimension to your space. Vintage landscape imagery, carefully sourced from vintage travel books and atlases, is hand-bonded to birch wood. The wood is then laser-cut into strips and meticulously reassembled into a precise intersecting geometric stripe composition.

The artist's technique creates a stunning interplay of color and form. The subtle, soft colors and gradient effects evoke a sense of landscape and travel, while the geometric grid adds a touch of modernism and minimalism. The piece is mounted on a white gesso board, enhancing its clean lines and contemporary feel.

This artwork's blend of found objects and precise craftsmanship makes it a unique statement piece. The pink and violet hues, combined with the subtle soft haze, create a calming and sophisticated atmosphere. Its size makes it perfect as bedroom wall art or as a thoughtful travel gift for the map lover in your life.
