I was attracted to this painting because the subject was rather unusual....not especially glamorous, not seasonal, not idealized...just appealing in the same way as the memory of grandmother's house. Who hasn't enjoyed chair like this? The use of watercolor softens the image and, in my mind, makes the painting less about the image and more about the feeling it evokes.

I am so pleased you understood what I was trying to convey through this watercolour. My chair has a lot of history. Even I have had it for over 40 years and is has had many moves in its lifetime. I have recovered the chair twice and each time found scraps of the original fabric which I have left hidden inside along with my own two pieces. Strangely its not all that comfy more lumpy but everyone loves it and is drawn to it so hopefully that is the essence of comfortable. A pleasure to share in my own inheritance Sandra!

Loved this the moment I spotted it online! It is even nicer in person. It makes me smile whenever I look at it. It came professionally packaged extremely well and arrived in perfect condition. Seller kept in communication regarding shipping. Very pleased with my purchase and experience.

Beautifully detailed watercolour which was very securely packaged and posted very quickly. The pictures online did not do it justice! It was for a present and the recipient loved it. Fantastic all round. Many thanks.

I really love this picture, it’s slightly quirky and amusing, reminiscent of my many overcast days on the beach! I kept going back to it over several days before eventually buying it and I was not disappointed, it’s really lovely, and my husband loves it too. It is now framed and hanging on my wall. Communication was great and the art arrived well packaged and timely. Thank you Teresa

I have bought from Teresa before. She is an amazing artist that can capture so many scenes in beautiful reality with a style all of her own. I love all my pieces from her and I recommend her most highly!

Firstly, apologies for not reviewing this sooner, I was in a very busy period at work when covering for several colleagues in addition to my own work. This is an absolutely gorgeous painting which I fell in love with at first sight. Stunning use of colour and composition really make this a picture which entices the reader into a magical forest world. I'm so pleased to own this painting by this outstanding artist.
