Hi Roy I am so sorry when I last checked the tracking it said that your painting had arrived in South Africa on 12th December so had no reason to doubt it would not end up with you. It is the first time as you will see from my feed back that I have had issues with not being able to trace a delivery and it is such a shame that you did not let me know you hadn't received it as I would have been straight on the case, as always. I do hope that you at least will allow me to try to discover what has happened since it arrived in South Africa as looking at the updated tracking ( as provided to you on the Artfinder site) it looks as if the item is in customs (JIMC Priority Mail Air South Africa). Unfortunately, I have no control over this customs process. Saying that I have contacted the South African postal services to get them to try to trace where it is as apparently it is still in their system. I am happy to do you another painting if you would like me to? I would hope that if this matter can be resolved you would re consider your review as I have always prided myself on a good service and it is rare for this to happen. I look forward to hearing from you. All the best Teresa

This is a rather delicate and beautifully done representation of spring blossoms. Surely cherry blossoms are one of the most beautiful and popular painting themes, but the bees add interest that sets this work apart and gives it an authentic "garden" feel. Communication with Ms. Tanner was both helpful and timely.
