Both of these art works are perfect for my home. They came with COA's (I didn't get one of these when I purchased Amsterdam-which I would love to have). The pictures came packed in an envelope and could have been better packaged. I just received Amsterdam back from being framed, and the frame really enhances the art. Love this artist! I would have sent a picture of the framed Amsterdam, but it is a Christmas gift, and I don't want to spoil the surprise.

Patricia, I am very thankful for your review. I am happy my paintings found a new home and I really hope they will keep bringing joy for a long time!
I wanted to get possibly more further information on how I can improve communication with my customers? I want to give my collectors and buyers the best possible experience.
I sent you two messages on Artfinder:
The first message was sent on 18th August after I got your order. I thanked you for your purchase and sent the link to postal service with tracking number, I also informed you estimated arrival day. This message still at “not seen yet” position at my Artfinder dashboard.
The second message was sent after delivering on the 30th of August, I wrote I hope that artworks arrived in a good condition and you like them, I also thanked you for your previous review and asked for second one if it possible.
I am wondering are you received my messages or not? The messaging system at Artfinder is the only way I am able to contact my customers and many of these still at “not seen yet” position which makes communication harder… I would be very happy to hear your comments or suggestions for a better communications between me and my buyers.
I wanted also add this about the packaging: in Finland we have pretty expensive postal services, I send all my A4 or smaller artworks in reinforced envelopes because sending in cardboard box or tube will cost 45 euros or more (at least 20 euro more than envelope), so I just tried to optimize shipping costs for my buyers. All my previous customers have been satisfied with this method. But I will obviously take your comments and concerns into consideration and will do my best to improve my packaging methods for A4 or smaller artworks.

Svetlana is not only a very talented artist, but she is also a lovely young woman. I love the Amsterdam watercolor I purchased and will continue to follow her works on Artfinder. However, I must add that my experience with Artfinder as a purchasing agent leaves me hesitant to purchase as much as I would like to.
