I like the print. Well packaged. It shipped in about a week, but arrived 3-4 weeks later. I would've appreciated updates, a check in, a bit of communication. We did not connect at all. A decent experience, just impersonal, and it is difficult to connect with the work without first connecting with the artist. it is a fine print and good price.

Dera Brittany. I'm really glad that you like the print. And I'm really sorry we misunderstood each other. I'm not proud of my English and it's really a blockage in terms of communicating in English. I have reread our correspondence, and can see that I have not lived up to the expectations that I myself have created. About shipping, I sent the package the day after the order went through. And thought I had warned you that it could take longer than expected due to the corona crisis. And I can see that I have not clearly enough reported back to you about the tracking number. And in the future, I will make an effort to follow the package right to the door. I'm afraid of giving in too intrusively in questioning to you as the buyer. I'm really sorry. I hope that despite this experience you will use ArtFinder in the future and not let this experience overwhelm other artists. I fully understand your experience, and must once again apologize. It was a pleasure working with Sidse. I love my art piece and it was packaged to protect it perfectly. I had some problem with delivery due to covid-19 and Sidse stayed totally on top of it and reported the status constantly to me. I will definitely be ordering more from him! Diane Diedrich

The monoprint looks even better in real life than I expected. Sidse is a brilliant artist. We love it. Sidse was also very helpful in helping to decide how best to frame the picture. Highly recommending her.
