The print arrived in good time. Very good quality and exactly as described. Only niggle was that the cardboard envelope was a bit light and had been bent going through the mailing system so the corner of the print was creased. However it flattened out when put under a pile of books and this is not noticeable now. I might have been more of a problem if the print had been a bigger size. But overall I'm very happy with the print.

In the future, I will make sure to reinforce all shipments so that this does not happen again. you've straightened the paper and I am glad, that you could do so. And I am willing to give you a discount on the price if it will be accepted. And I send my large prints in a tube so they are not exposed to any damage, maybe I should do it, with the smaller one too. And thanks for your review. I hope you enjoy your print after all. The print arrived in good time. Very good quality and exactly as described. I like the print. Well packaged. It shipped in about a week, but arrived 3-4 weeks later. I would've appreciated updates, a check in, a bit of communication. We did not connect at all. A decent experience, just impersonal, and it is difficult to connect with the work without first connecting with the artist. it is a fine print and good price.

Dera Brittany. I'm really glad that you like the print. And I'm really sorry we misunderstood each other. I'm not proud of my English and it's really a blockage in terms of communicating in English. I have reread our correspondence, and can see that I have not lived up to the expectations that I myself have created. About shipping, I sent the package the day after the order went through. And thought I had warned you that it could take longer than expected due to the corona crisis. And I can see that I have not clearly enough reported back to you about the tracking number. And in the future, I will make an effort to follow the package right to the door. I'm afraid of giving in too intrusively in questioning to you as the buyer. I'm really sorry. I hope that despite this experience you will use ArtFinder in the future and not let this experience overwhelm other artists. I fully understand your experience, and must once again apologize. I like the print. Well packaged. It shipped in about a week, but arrived 3-4 weeks later. I would've appreciated updates, a check in, a bit of communication. We did not connect at all. A decent experience, just impersonal, and it is difficult to connect with the work without first connecting with the artist. it is a fine print and good price.
