Art is as presented on the website. It’s really nice. Communication was quick. Received fairly quick. Packaging was really poor. Art came in an envelope with not much protection. The envelope was ripped at the corner, not much was done to prevent this, fortunately the art was in a plastic bag and it protected it from the environment.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. I was shocked as you can see I have have over 70 5 star reviews so it is never my intention to cut corners on packaging and create a bad experience for buyer. I have sent hundreds of paintings wrapped in oil protective glassine paper and hard backed reinforced envelope marked fragile without any problem. I try and keep the price of shipping and my paintings as low as possible that everyone can have a chance to own a work. If I were to box every painting that it would be protected from the rare rogue disrespectful postman the shipping would be at least double what it is. I think your experience with a postman that does not respect the package is not common. Your painting was also on canvas board which in itself reinforced. I will though Probably have raise to fee of shipping and start boxing packages. I personally noticed my own delivery's some just thrown outside without even a knock on the door. Sorry for your experience. Your the first out of a few hundred sales and hopefully the last.
