The sketch is wonderful. The overall aesthetic tends toward the subtle so it has a calming effect on the room while also contributing to the current of playful energy because of the subject.

beautiful beautiful piece, unfortunately the packaging got bent (despite packaging that had FRAGILE DO NOT BEND all over it) but hoping the framing is able to flatten it back out.

Thank you for your review, Liz. I’m sorry and frustrated that the delivery service bent it—no excuse for that, especially with all the Do Not Bend and fragile tape. I’ve started using rigid foam boards instead of card envelopes—they’re incredibly strong, though less recyclable. But what else can I do when couriers ignore clear instructions? I hope it looks perfect once framed, and I truly appreciate the 5-star review despite their mishandling.

this is my second Ryan Louder painting. it looks fantastic in my newly remodeled bathroom. Ryan is a master of so many different techniques that you could put several paintings in the same room and never guess they were by the same artist.
