    When I retired to Bend, Oregon, I was invited to do a large mural, 12 by 72 feet, in the Mountain View Mall. Unfortunately, a year later, the mall owners decided to move to the outdoor format and this mural was destroyed in the remodeling. Luckily, I had been paid. I have these photos and a newspaper article for memories.

    On a shoot in the Catalina Islands

    I got the opportunity to work with Vilmos Zigmond, the cinematographer for Close Encounters of the Third Kind. He is an Academy Award winning cinematographer who filled his time between features doing commercial shoots since they took less time, kept his production team employed while he waited for a good film to do.
