Robby was a pleasure to do business with. As soon as he was back from holiday, he was in touch and sent the piece quickly after that. The piece was well packaged and arrived safely. Had ordered a frame for it once I ordered the piece and am very happy with it. Robby even included a note with the piece, which was a nice touch.
