    I wrap the canvas in two or three layers of small bubble-wrap - without the Glassine Paper the imprint of the bubbles would risk be evident on the paint-surface after shipping.

    STEP ONE

    STEP ONE

    I wrap the whole canvas in acid-free Glassine Paper - primarily to protect the painted surface itself. Some just cover the front of the canvas. I prefer to wrap it completely as this helps prevent seepage through the canvas from behind and avoids applying tape to any part of the surface of the canvas
