I ordered this for my grand daughter for Christmas and I have had no communication from the artist as to why I have not received it!!! I would like to get a refund!!!

Dear Margaret Gross, Thank you very much for your great attention to my work! I sent this picture by mail to your address on 11/28/2020. I wrote you a letter on 11/28/2020. The picture arrived at your address on 12/24/2020. Shipments usually arrive in the United States within 14 calendar days. Now, due to problems with the post and air flights related to COVID-19, there were many delays with shipments. I apologize for the delay. But I do not have the opportunity to influence BGPOST and USPS. Postal services warned of delays due to the pandemic. I wrote you a letter in ARTFINDER. Be healthy!

I received my picture a week before it was due and was so well wrapped and protected. I’m very impressed and the picture looks even more beautiful now with a frame. I Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The artwork is amazing. The detail and colours are far more prominent in the actual painting than online. Will definitely buy again from this talented artist. Every detail of the sale from conversations of paintings to the delivery was exceptional . Thank you.
