Was very excited until I received my painting and could tell there were major contrast and filters being applied to the seller's photos. The dark black background isn't as black and the rich gold look isn't as rich gold more like a mellow orange. definitely won't be buying any more art from this site with these kinds of photoshop use. I even took this pic in a darkened room to show anyone who'd like to see.

Hello Diego, I'm very puzzled by your feedback. With over 100 works sold here on Artfinder this is the first bad review I have ever received. Quite contrary to your words I've always had the perfect 5/5 feedback regarding listing accuracy - if anything, the collectors would rather mention that my works look significantly better in reality than online (feel free to scroll down through reviews to verify). I suspect that the issue at play here might partially be connected to your display settings - some screens, particularly tablet ones often boost contrast and saturation artificially, distorting the original photos. I actually pay a lot of attention to keep my photos faithful and regularly calibrate my screen - but unfortunately I don't have an influence on devices where they are viewed after publishing. Anyway all that said - I take your complaint very seriously and will search for ways to somehow counterbalance this possible display issue. And most of all I'm very very sorry that you are dissatisfied with your purchase - as I wrote, this is the first ever such case in my career and whether justified or not I take full responsibility - I'm sending you private message right away to find a way of sorting this out and compensating you for it - keep an eye on your inbox please. I absolutely love the painting. Przemek has created a mystic wintery atmosphere and the facial features of the ghostly figures have been highlighted just enough so we can get a sense of what they look like. The end product is a piece that invites us to imagine what we are witnessing. On the practical side, communication was smooth and it was shipped promptly. Arrived neatly packaged and well protected. Highly recommended artist.
