I am extremely delighted with my purchase and the artist has been incredibly gracious and helpful to make sure it was delivered with the utmost care! I just bought another painting from her, and would recommend her to anyone! I really love the vibrant colors and uniqueness of her work!

I ordered the painting depicting a lady carrying a large bag of flowers. I wanted the painting to be a little different than was shown, and emailed specific instructions to Poonam of the colors and painting style I hoped for. Poonam was EXTREMELY communicative and helfpul. The finished product was just what I had hoped for. Highly recommend!

Very nice painting which we are now having stretched and framed. Poonam was very communicative and friendly throughout. Our painting was completed and received in good time. Great service. The only negative is we paid £95 for delivery from USA to UK which in incredibly expensive. We saw on the postage that it really only cost USD $40 (£32) so feel a bit hard done by on that. So keep in mind if you're purchasing from outside the USA that delivery costs are exorbitant. Also, the painting is not provided framed unless you are in the USA (as it is rolled during shipping) so you will be paying more for the stretching and framing once it arrives too. The cost of delivery, stretching and framing has doubled the cost of the entire purchase.

Aruna, Thanks for the time you have taken writing a review on my page. Really appreciate it. Regarding shipping cost... To do International shipping this size painting even if you send it rolled in tube .. will cost you around $100 or some times more + their is a handling fee also included in shipping cost . As the cost you seen on the postage was not an actual value but I alter the invoice value to allow my clients to save money on import duties. I just show a value on the Customs Declaration that is much lower than the actual price paid so that my client does not have to pay duty and/or VAT when the package enter the Member State of import.

I absolutely love this painting and although it wasn't exactly what I expected when I first received it (the colors weren't exactly as I thought they would be), Poonam couldn't have been more helpful in ensuring I got the painting that is now hanging on our wall. I was able to return the first painting with no shipping charge and Poonam organized a replacement very quickly and sent it back to me. The result is I have a painting I love, with no fuss. Poonam was delightful to deal with, so appreciative and willing to get it right. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Overall very much like the drawing shown in the photos. Professional delivery packaging which left the painting intact despite it has travelled a long way to be delivered.
