I just messaged the seller after receiving my painting yesterday. It was very disappointing to see that the painting that arrived seems a different one from what was "advertised" or posted in the website. The colours are not as vibrant and you can clearly tell the difference. I spent my morning reading reviews and there were 2 or 3 other customers who experienced the same thing i experienced. One is too many. If this artist is enhancing the photos of her works in this website, that is being very disingenuous and should be reported to Artfinder.

We appreciate and take all reports regarding potential misrepresentation seriously, and we've followed up with the artist to ensure the photography represents the artwork as accurately as possible in the future. Regarding the ratings given for packaging and communication, we noted that the parcel arrived without damage and that prior to the review being posted, the artist was not given an opportunity to address the issue directly. Subsequently, both Artfinder and the artist aimed to provide several resolutions to help make things right, though we understand these options were ultimately not accepted. While we fully respect your right to share your honest experience, we feel the ratings for packaging and communication may not fully reflect the service provided. I love this painting. Great value for a piece of original, beautiful art. Item arrived quickly. There was no damage but packaging could probably be improved slightly for better corner protection. Would purchase from again!
