The oil painting was shipped timely and the artist was great communicating with me regarding questions I had about the item. However, the international shipping service that was used by seller transferred the item to another shipping service for delivery and it was left on front porch in the weather and not signed for, also went missing for a few days and I was told it was only insured for $100, which is much less than the value. I did not think to ask about insurance because the shipping cost was substantial and I assumed the cost was insured. The package was a mess but thankfully the artist had wrapped it well and the painting was unharmed. I would inquire about insurance before ordering from Artfinder again, for piece of mind. I love the piece, thank you Pol. Still moving in, will upload a photo when it's found it's place.

I recently purchased “Roe deer in the wood”. It was just as pictured and I absolutely love it! Pol Ledent is truly gifted. The shipping was excellent. Safely packaged and much faster than I expected it would be. This artwork will bring me joy for many years to come!

Excellent service and a lovely watercolour. It is a present for my husband’s birthday in May. My only regret is because of coronavirus I haven’t been able to get it framed.
