The painting was phenomenal!!! The details don’t come out in the photos but really pop in the painting. The artist sent a beautiful gift along with the painting and the personal touches were spectacular.

This delightful little painting arrived impressively fast - I think the speediest I have ever had a painting arrive from abroad, in spite of the travel restrictions everywhere at present. It was beautifully wrapped, with crisp gold paper and gold ribbon so opening it was an additional gift. The painting itself is lovely: a little chickadee, very expressive and somehow the texture and sheen of the feathers really show. Olga is a skilled artist and I love it even more 'in person' than online. Thank you Olga for a perfect buying experience resulting in a work of art I will enjoy for many years to come.

Picture was great, delivery was 1 month longer than promised. Was Christmas holiday time so may have been unavoidable.

Hello Joseph, thank you for your feedback )) I really happy to know that you loved the painting! I am sorry that the delivery took more days than what you expected. Usually, the delivery to the USA takes about two weeks working days ( not including weekends ), but during busy periods of celebrations deliveries may take a little longer. Sometimes the package can be hold in customs. USPS says that International mail could be hold in customs for up to 45 days. it's wrote on their site. Unfortunately, I can't control the operation of the mail. But for my part, I do the best that I can to make my customers happy with my service. Best wishes, Olga
