    The picture I had to work on

    I don't know why, but it was on this picture that I had to work hard. There is not much detail in it and the size is only 76cm by 76cm. Probably because I enjoyed working on it, because here is my favorite theme with reflection in water, landscape theme. Today, remembering this, I raised this work in the list of creations to the first place so that the audience would look at it again and appreciate it with a fresh look. In the photo, work is in the process of writing, one of the stages.

    My new kind of creativity

    More and more digital works began to appear on my page. I want to tell you a little about this kind of creativity. Firstly, I process and transform only my own oil paintings into new interesting works. I see many options and make 10-15 sketches, in the end leaving only the best ones, most often these are only two options. What exactly am I doing with the paintings. In various special programs, you can change the color, lighting, make some objects clearer, others wrapped in fog. You can emphasize the texture of the canvas, whiten and emphasize light places, make more saturated, or vice versa, the shadows from objects. Secondly, in order to deal with the processing of paintings and their further interpretation, it is necessary to photograph them in a professional studio. The resolution should be 9000 pixels on the larger side. In this case, you will get very high-quality digital paintings and it will be possible to print large prints from them. And thirdly, to demonstrate ready-made prints in the context of the interior, I use special programs, where paintings can be displayed immediately in frames of different colors. It so happens that an original oil painting does not interest the viewer, but when it is processed and redone upside down in a digital program, it attracts strong attention. This kind of creativity is new and it is starting to capture me more and more. I think the future belongs to him. I now put the same price on all my digital paintings, print them in a professional printer, and send them to clients in a tube. It can be printed on anything, but I prefer art paper with a texture reminiscent of watercolor.

    For the first time I decided to write a diptych. Paintings size 100 cm -80 cm. Of course, it's always oil on canvas. And my author's technique with multi-layer paint application, imitating impressionism. I will not reveal the secret yet,what else serves me as a material for writing, except for brushes and a palette knife. But perhaps, when the work is finished, you will guess for yourself. The second part of the diptych is written by me simultaneously. Since there are so many layers of paint in my works, I paint these two paintings alternately, leaving time for the surface to dry. Recently, I began to paint the ends of paintings, which also adds time for drying. At the end, I always cover the work with several layers of varnish, each of which dries for at least 7 days. The works then become more vivid and lively.

    When you meet a famous person, you always want to take a selfie with them. The painting "Puddles" is also a celebrity for me, it is a participant in many exhibitions. And I decided to take a photo with her for this reason. The painting is made in a complex multi-layered author's technique. Against the background of such a voluminous colorful texture, a great photo turned out. But still, in this case, my picture is not the background, but a living being with whom I take a double selfie.
