Thank you Neysa, I'm so pleased you liked my painting. Happy Birthday !!! We have a beautiful grove of old olive trees near my place, and I was trying to capture their ancient and gnarled look. Trees are a favourite painting subject for me, however, I usually paint our native eucalypts. I hope you keep enjoying your birthday present. Cheers, Maureen Finck
