Firstly, thankyou very much for buying this painting and subsequently placing further orders. I am keen to provide as good a service as I possibly can so Im disappointed to only receive two stars, I think its rather harsh, especially as you say there are "no problems" and that you have subsequently made three further purchases. As for communication, I sent you messages on 23/6 at 06:57 and 10:16 and on 17/7 at 10:26,none of which have been read, I also enclosed a thankyou card/note with the paintings, so please could you let me know what I could do to improve. All orders were shipped quickly and arrived safe and sound, so again please let me know what I must do to improve.

Very pleased with paintings but the excessive cost of postage and sub-standard quality of packaging was very disappointing. Fortunately the paintings arrived safely but it could easily have been a different story. Otherwise nice artist to deal with.

Im glad that youre pleased with the paintings. I tend to agree with you about the cost of postage, unfortunately when you make a multiple purchase, Artfinders checkout does not have the facility to combine postage and this is something that you might like to take up with artfinder. I disagree though with the packaging being substandard,as you said, the paintings arrived safely so the packaging obviously was up to the job. I send several packages a month without complaint from my customers, many of whom are repeat customers several times over.
