Bad experience ! No signature of the artist and no certificate of authenticity !

Hi, Thank you for your attention to my art and for your review. I understand your point and would like to apologize for the disappointment caused. At the same time, I do my best and I’d like to add some notes. The paintings were shipped within two business days and were delivered in time (within 10 business days) to another continent. Usually I send to my customers two messages. The first is sent upon receiving the order to confirm and to specify the shipping date. The second is sent after the shipment with tracking details. Painting usually is packed very carefully in sturdy cardboard boxes. It is wrapped thoroughly into film to be protected from moisture. The painting is protected by layers of foam plastic. And each painting is accompanied by the certificate of authenticity signed personally by me. However, if you were expected the certificates of authenticity of another form or layout please let me know and will be glad to send them to you. Thank you once again for your purchase. Marina was lovely to work with. The piece took a long time to come, but that was no fault of hers. She shipped it quickly and was super responsive about tracking info, etc. It came in terrific shape and looks exactly as pictured. Thank you!
